"Doctors good let down by one unhelpful receptionist"

This is my regular doctors and as someone with varying health issues ive always found them good. I was told by the doctor that because I have varying health issues if I need to discuss more than one to make a double appointment but ive neverneneeded to. that may answer some of the queries regarding discussing more than 1 thing with the doc. There is one receptionist who is very rude and really unhelpful. However I have found all the other receptionists to be very good. .
