"Time wasters and unprofessional"

Called mower tec last week for a lawn mower part asked for steve was told he's on the toilet lol.. Eventually got ahold of him, said he would get back to me with a price for part and fitting was told to wait 1 week, called back for price, informed he was really busy and hadn't priced part yet and told to call back in 2-3 days called back at said time, to be responded with they didn't have time to price parts for me as well as an aggressive response, told if not happy to try other services, phoned another company came out same day listed problems with mower and quoted for prices of parts and time for repair think I found someone better as mower tec actually order from this company and then add on their fee for fitting!! Thanks for your lack of professionalism and for wasting my time mower tec would not recommend you to anyone!! .
