"Disgusting customer service"

I ordered my wedding flowers from here months in advance of the actual day. I was told they wouldn't meet to be paid till they were being picked up but I said my mum would be in to pay beforehand. When she went to pay, 3 weeks before the day we needed them, the manager was very rude telling her she was too late the flowers were cancelled and then screwed up my order paper in front of her and throwing it in bin! And then proceeded to smirk at her. This is no way to run a business!.
