Excellent service from Brendan and Leanne.

Brendan a newer member of staff so polite and upselling chocolates, the lady in front of me was so impressed by the value of chocolates, would have loved to make a comment but has not got access to internet.

I chose a sample of salt caramel that was available and Brendan explained the contents of the filling.

This young man is a credit to the shop and Thorntons

Leanne has been in the shop for a long time and is great with customers.

This shop is one of the flagships of the company
