"Non delivery of philatelic order"

A review of Royal Mail (Stamps & Collectables) by Bill Trower written on Monday 29th of February 2016

I have been trying to contact stamps & collectibles, Edinburgh, for over two weeks, only to get an unavailable telephone recording.

I am now greatly concerned that my collecting interests will be short of an issue, despite being ordered in good time for the issue. Now possibly being "too late" to supply.

If the telephone system is at fault - why has someone not spotted it?
