"Phoning the phone shop"

A review of Vodafone by A A Holmes written on Wednesday 27th of April 2016


Trying to phone the Princes Street branch:

1) You can only find the number of the main call centre, not the individual branch.

2) On some websites the number is wrong, and you then are given an alternative number.

3) You pay for the call

4) The answering machine does not give you an alternative if you are enquiring about a repair.

5) The call centre can't give you this information and suggest you google the branch number (see (1) above)..
