I had been suffering severe back and leg pain for 2 years due to a prolapsed disc and had received physio which only helped up to a point.I still had a lot of pain,particularly when sitting and could not get an uninterrupted night's sleep.After my first visit to Helen there was a world of difference.She used the shockwave machine and the results were amazing!I have now had six sessions and feel so much better.Helen has given me a new lease of life.She is so kind and understanding.I found the sessions to be very pleasant and relaxing. .
