"Great dr's but harsh reception staff with little people skills"

I was so embarrassed with the treatment my Asian friend had while visiting the Polwarth surgery. The reception staff did nothing to welcome and reassure her but instead were aloof and controlling and quite frankly rude!! No exactly a great reflection of the Scottish people.

The doctor she saw was lovely and really helpful.

When people are sick they are vulnerable, every human being deserves to be treated with respect and love which is certainly not the vice of the reception staff here..
