"Nightmare"

They are always days late collecting and delivering.

Latest problem is that they gave me someone else's fellowship. My missing fellowship is a pure white Egyptian cotton one. What they have returned to me is an ivory poor quality one. They don't seem interested at all. One problem may be that they do not attach any identification to the items. They are always using the fact that they are busy as an excuse.

Someone out there has an ivory bedding set, with one white follow-up, which is not a good look.

Is the laundry able to remove this review?.
