"Wrong address"

Yesterday a large box of flowers was left in our porch. It was our address but not for someone who lives here.Clearly the sender has wrong address. We phoned The harvest garden and they have not come back to us. Someone is not going to receive their flowers. Obviously it's not their fault but a call back to let us know what to do with unopened flower box until they do find recipient would be polite..
