"Primitive!"

This space is grossly misrepresented in that the current user claims it has more facilities than it contains.

After a short use we gave up and located elsewhere due to the fact that we were overcharged enormously for what is primarily a shed. This is not a studio. Inadequate parking ( we were told to use residential spaces and those residents were angry indeed) this space is unfit for the advertised purpose..
