"Using weed killer at the front of graves"

This cemetery has a poor history with a previous person in charge being imprisoned for selling plots in already occupied graves. Now I see they are using weed killer to kill the grass at the front of headstones in some areas. For years they simply cut it but now they spray weedkiller all around the headstones so they don’t have to thus leaving an unsightly mess in some areas..
