"Dreadful taxi service."

Waited over 35 minutes for a taxi with my 81 year old mum. Phoned reception and was told it was on its way. Never showed and ended up cancelling as my mum was freezing. Really awful service. If they had communicated that it was going to be later, that would have Benn ok. But don't book for a time you can't achieve..
