Get a grip! right you were told you would get a free duvet and you never thats not good practice for a company.Why would you spend £700 on a bed if you did not even want it? totally mind boggling! and at the end of the day it was free!!!! I know it would have been nice to have it delivered at the same time as your other goods but at the end of the day is it really worth while getting upset over a duvet when there alot worse happening in the world?
