My experience of this place is dreadful.On first occasion I took my clothes to them.job was well done.I paid and left.got back two months later with same alternation on a similar garment(only colour's different)and paid 3 pounds more.asked if there was an increase in price.'No.'So I asked if it's possible to print one for me to see.Never got it.

Now.First time I was picking kids up from school on day off-in tracksuit.second time all dressed up for a meeting. ???

I do not try to undermine people who work there.their job was fine,only being a customer of Mrs.C-the owner-isn't a pleasant experience.there are at least 5 more places offering this sort of service with better customer service orientation..
