"Answer the phone!"

Great when you get there, but trying to get through to speak to anyone on the phone is a nightmare. Irritating electronic direction system that takes you through endless options only to discover that the line you want is busy and then they keep you holding for hours. There is no excuse for this and reflects badly on the organisation. Being ill is stressful and the last thing you need is more unnecessary stress..
