"Inadequate"

It's more a problem of the Ocean Terminal than M&S, but as a brand, they have to take some responsibility. The seating area outside the store was packed - fair enough, but filthy. No one was clearing plates and wiping the tables. I went in there to sit down for tea, and couldn't see a seat without milk/sugar/general mess on - really poor..
