"DIRECT PHONE NUMBERS"

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE FROM ANY SORTING OFFICE IN EDINBURGH REGARDING MAIL. I TRIED CALLING 6 DIFFERENT NUMBERS AND ALL I GOT WAS PICK A NUMBER PUT ON TO ANOTHER NUMBER PICK A NUMBER STILL NEVER GOT TO SPEAK TO ANYONE I THINK IT IS A DISGRACE THAT THEY KEEP PEOPLE ON THE PHONE FOR SUCH TIMES SO WE ARE RUNNING UP OUR PHONE BILLS I HAVE STILL NOT FOUND A DIRECT NUMBER TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE REGARDING MAIL. NOT HAPPY .
