"Rude nurses, impossible to book an appointment"

It took me a whole month to try and book an appointment to try and see the Doctor. Every time i tried ringing they told me some excuse or another. How hard is it to open a diary and wrote someones name in next to a free space for ANY doctor, its not like i was being picky. i still haven't been able to see a doctor so don't know what they are like. The ladies on the front desk were very rude and blunt and not helpful at all i mean common who is grumpy all the time. .
