"Pet aid hospital now open?"

Calling the Edinburgh PDSA Pet aid hospital takes you to answer service with options for different services, it is engaged, but the message of last week saying it was closed except for 'emergencies' is no longer on their answerphone. Still, getting to speak to someone is almost impossible it seems. Need to take 2 buses to go make an appointment. Not ideal to say the least..
