"Trying to get through to the PDSA is a joke"

I have been trying since 9.a.m this morning to contact the PDSA in Edinburgh. The phone is answered by a machine which gives you 5 options and then when you press the 0 to get through to a receptionist all you get is the engaged tone. I am glad I am on all calls with my provider as I must have rung this number 40 times today and still not got through as it is always engaged..
